Little Acorns Lyneham

Little Acorns preschool Dance is a bespoke syllabus for boys and girls from the age of 18 months to 5 years

Classes are themed and introduced by Nutty the Squirrel, our mascot and 'class teacher' who introduces the basic concepts of dance in an imaginative and creative way which children love and thrive on.

 

Starting with parent and child classes your little one can then progress to a preschool pro. The classes encourage musicality, creativity, co-ordination and an innate love of dance.

Your teacher, Laura, started to learn to dance at the age of 3, at the age of 16 she was accepted to Doreen Bird College of Performing Arts. After graduating she went on to perform professionally on cruise ships, take part in shows worldwide and at Disneyland Paris. She then went on to set up a very successful Theatre school in Suffolk, where students took part in yearly shows and ISTD examinations.

 

After 8 years she sold the school to accompany her husband on his new job placement. Laura has vast experience in teaching all age groups, and as well as teaching in her own school she has also taught for boarding schools, after school clubs, summer schools, wedding dances, nurseries and the Stagecoach franchise.
